Sienna and Poppy Donations

A partially funded 2015 FundRazr campaign is still active, and Sienna and Poppy donations are still needed beyond our goal.

The slideshow shows 2 year old mixed breed Sienna and her pup Poppy at the shelter, their freedom ride, vet visits, and foster home.

As of early 2016 the campaign raised $810 of the $1,800 goal, yet actual health and rehab expenses have grown to $2500.

Brief Story and FundRazr Link

In August 2015 Sienna and Poppy, her 11 week old puppy, were picked up by Animal Control when found dumped in a S Florida landfill.

Sienna was heart worm positive and had a urinary tract infection. The shelter does not treat h/w+. They euthanize. They called us.

We said ‘yes’, then learned about Poppy, her puppy. We said ‘yes’ to both. Sienna was extremely emaciated. Poppy had issues, too.

Please visit the FundRazr Page for details, and more photos. We can’t edit the goal to $2500, or the deadline which was an error.

In addition, please SHARE this with your Weimaraner family of friends to let them know about the situation, progress, and needs.

We’re sending out big Weimy hugs to all our Lifeline fans. Thank you!
