Life hadn’t been easy for Zion. He was a stray in a kill shelter and heartworm positive when rescued by Lifeline just hours before from being put to sleep.

After 3 months of treatment and loving care in a foster home, Zion is heartworm negative, and not only happy, but healthy.
It is essential for this big boy for have a forever home with a fenced in yard, pool, lanai, or acreage where he can run and play.

From the neck down he is all Weimaraner, and he has the personality so common in Weim dogs. He loves to be around family.
Likewise, Zion will want to share the sofa and bed looking for any opportunity for cuddles.
A family that is home most of the time would work best for Zion. He doesn’t like to be alone for long periods, so crating would NOT work for this boy.
