Our dog rescue website has been updated with 5 service pages and 3 online forms covering adoption, foster, surrender, or sponsor. The dog rescue services summary page lists an overview of each of those 4 with links to full details of the process and fees, if any.
Visit that main services page from the top tab on any page of our website. Mouse over the Services tab to see drop down menus to Adopt, Foster, Surrender, and Sponsor. Place your mouse over the adopt, foster, or surrender links to see submenu items that link directly to the 3 online forms.
The online forms include multiple checkbox fields to reduce typing for a fast and convenient way to provide the information we need to best handle your dog rescue related inquiry.
Learn our process and view the forms to request adopting a dog from Lifeline Dog Rescue, becoming a foster agent or vounteer, or surrendering your dog for us to place. The sponsor option is for Lifeline supporters who are unable to adopt or foster, yet are willing to donate the equivalent of monthly costs for just one dog.
People interested in supporting Lifeline Dog Rescue can still help in ways other than donating funds or the time to volunteer. Help share and promote our dog rescue goals by following the links to our social media pages at the bottom of the right side column.
Visit our pages on Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, and YouTube, and let family and friends know about our non-profit dog rescue organization including the new Lifeline website service pages.
