Adoption and New Life for Penny
Penny came into Lifeline when we were alerted by one of our advocates she was going to the pound. Her owners had a child that had a severe allergic reaction to her.
We transported her to Florida and had her fully vetted and placed her in foster care. Penny was the ultimate Weimaraner pup being full of mischief fun, to be around and a total free spirit.
Everyone loved Penny; she was a great cuddler. So much so she stole the heart of her foster daddy in minutes.
After a month in foster care we got notification that her foster mom and dad wanted to adopt her. There was no way they could give her up.
She was friendly, full of action, and loved playing with the children. Penny left Lifeline January 3, 2015.
Today Penny lives in Eagle Lake Florida with her mom Wendy and Dad Rudy who are both part of our Lifeline Team.
Penny has Weimaraner sisters and a brother, and 2 adorable children to keep her happy and busy.
Finally Penny now has her own family and the security and stability she needed.
Lifeline is ecstatic that Penny has a wonderful forever home.
Thank you to our great foster team Wendy and Rudy for all your hard work plus adopting Penny and making her life complete.
We wish you many years of Happy Trails and lots of special moments.
