Angel Adoption and New Life

Angel has been under the care of Lifeline partner and on-site manager Kim as a personal pet even before we incorporated. Angel’s rear legs were both broken at 12 weeks old in a car accident, and she was surrendered by people out of work with no money for veterinary care. After 3 surgeries and lots of tender love and care, Angel can now run and play near normal.

Angel went from evaluation to rehab and then became a resident until a recent change in status to adoptable. She was ready for a forever home and deserved the personal attention of a forever family rather than “retire” at Lifeline.

Two dogs went to their new forever home. Angel was adopted in June 2012 along with another Lifeline rescue dog named ScrappyDoo. Both are 2 years old.

Their new human Mom is Diane who is retired and lives on a 3 acre property on the central coast of Florida. Angel and ScrappyDoo have a new home, new family, and new life. Thank you, Diane, for opening up your heart and your home to our 2 precious rescue dogs.
